This jacket felt cheaply made, especially for the price. It felt more like a windbreaker than a ski jacket. I ordered a Roxy jacket for the same price, which was much better quality and warmth. I returned this one.

I still wear this Burton jacket while snowboarding and even during the winter months. I got it in black which looks great to wear on a casual basis. I don’t wear it cinched around the waist like the picture as it doesn’t look flattering – I love that the jacket is extra long and gives you a sort of boyish look. The length makes it highly functional for snowboarding especially if you’re tall and you don’t like your jacket riding up when strapping in! It’s more of a light jacket shell so you definitely need to wear a fleece underneath and a couple of layers during super cold days! Overall, love this jacket.

Disclaimer: I am not a snowboarder. I bought this coat to make it through NYC winters, because my mom recommended Burton to me. I ended up returning the coat.
Pros:
• Really loved the look of the jacket.
• The double front zipper is very convenient.
• The inner media pocket is really nice.
Cons:
• Feels really thin, like I would need a North Face fleece underneath to even be kind of warm.
• The sherpa fleece wasn’t really soft at all.
• The material of the thumbholes was of surprisingly low quality. I expected it to have some stretch, maybe, to keep the cold out, or to at least be kind of soft, but it was loose and stiff.
Sizing info:
I am 5’0″ and 110lbs and ordered a Small. It ended up being way too big on me. I did order an XS in another Burton jacket to try as well, but this was also fairly large on me.

TAKE MY MONEY! I absolutely LOVE this jacket! It has the best fit and has kept me warm and dry here in Seattle. The soft sherpa around the neck is ideal for not only my morning commute but has been a huge plus having on the mountain. I highly recommend this style to anyone wanting the perfect fit along with being warm and dry.

Great snowboarding jacket!

Great snowboarding jacket! It’s definitely longer than some other jackets, but as a snowboarder, it’s nice because it’s keeps your tush warm and snow-free when sitting on the snow to strap in at the top of the mountain. It also has all the great little features like deep pockets, sleeve guards, inner removable snow guard, etc. Also keep in mind, the style of this jacket is a relaxed fit meaning it is meant to be worn looser. If you’re looking for something more fitted, this isn’t the jacket for you.

I am 5’5″ and 135 lbs. I got a small and it fits perfectly. It’s still loose enough to fit a sweatshirt comfortably. I got the Olive Martini color, and I love it. I got the jacket for my first snowboarding trip, but this jacket can be used daily as well. It’s warm with lots of pockets, and I love the Sherpa lining on the collar. I’m glad I chose this jacket

The fit was perfect. Not too bulky, not too slim. Coat is super cute. Well made!

I usually wear a L to XL. I bought the XL and felt unusually too snug in this jacket. I also couldn’t believe that the inside powder skirt wasn’t removable! Of all the jackets I’ve owned over the years I’ve never had one where this feature didn’t have a zip off option. I felt like that being permanently attached made the interior of the jacket feel extremely uncomfortable. I had high hopes but definitely won’t be keeping this.

I bought this jacket to take to Toledo with me. I love the way it fits. It’s very comfortable and warm!

80g body considered medium warmth, Burton site.
I weigh 135 and have 38” chest…medium good with two thin layers. Could not fit fleece as some have stated.
If you want to remove thumb sleeve and/or powder skirt they are attached with a “quick release stitch”.

Material is not soft at all. Inside liner where thumb holes are is awful. Had to return. Terrible quality.
