Outer fabric is not as waterproof as expected. The Gore-Tex still keeps me warm and dry on the inside but the outer layer tends to get soaked in anything but the lightest, driest snow. If you sit on a chairlift that has snow on it the seat of these bibs will get wet.
Also noticed a few small rips/holes in the outer layer after about 10 days of riding, probably from snagging branches through the trees.
Overall, these bibs look great, feel great, and keep me dry on the inside, but the outer layer has some waterproofing/durability issues.

For sizing purposes, I am 6’4″ and 240lbs and I bought the XL size. Fits perfect, material is very strong, but flexible and comfortable. Love the adjustable air vents in the leg area, once you get moving on the slopes you will need them. Its a shell, but its warm for a shell.
